Terms of Service

These terms outline the conditions for reserving and enjoying our fleet. By confirming a booking with Dream World Exotics you agree to the policies below.

Rental Eligibility

  • Primary drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver license; select flagship models require drivers aged 30+.
  • A clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the past three years is required.
  • Proof of full-coverage personal insurance that extends to rental vehicles must be supplied before pickup.

Payments & Deposits

  • A 25% non-refundable reservation retainer is charged at booking; the remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery.
  • A refundable security deposit between $8,000 and $12,000 (based on model) is authorized to the primary payment method.
  • We accept major credit cards and approved wire transfers. Cryptocurrency or cash payments are not accepted at this time.

Vehicle Usage

  • Daily mileage is limited to 125 miles unless an extended mileage package is purchased in advance.
  • Track use, off-road driving, smoking, or transporting pets without carriers is strictly prohibited.
  • All traffic or toll violations incurred during the rental period remain the renter’s responsibility.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the start date receive credit toward a future rental within 12 months.
  • Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the reservation retainer. Same-day cancellations are billed in full.
  • Schedule changes are subject to fleet availability and may incur repricing at current rates.

Liability & Damage

  • The renter accepts responsibility for all collision, curb rash, interior, or mechanical damage that occurs during the rental.
  • Accidents must be reported immediately to Dream World Exotics and local authorities when applicable.
  • Failure to return the vehicle at the agreed time may result in additional rental charges and transport fees.
